Refund and Return
This Policy is operated by NUHAUS LTD T/A MyWater (“MyWater”). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to MyWater.
Our returns policy shall lapse within 14 days after purchase. Complaints bordering on returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase of the item. In the event the purchased item is not returned within 14 days after purchase, we shall not offer any refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once the returned product is received and inspected by MyWater, an email notification shall be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days from the date of email notification.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund within the stipulated timeline, please check your bank account for confirmation. Then contact your Credit Card Company and Bank. Please note that we shall not bear any loss for any delay experienced in the refund, save in circumstances where the delay is caused by our negligence or omission.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Items can only be replaced in the event of a defect or damage. There shall be no replacement where the defect or damage is caused by the purchaser or after title has passed to the purchaser.

You shall be responsible for the shipping costs attached to returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 75€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
